Who Are We?
We’re Carolyn Britt Property Management—a small, experienced team focused on creating smarter, more personal vacation rental experiences. We carefully select families to rent with us, fostering a network built on trust, flexibility, and shared enjoyment of beautiful properties across the beach, mountains, and lakefront.
How It Works
Each year on April 30th, you'll be assigned 18 days: one peak week, one slower week, and one long weekend. Peak weeks for beach and lakefront properties fall between June and August, as well as select holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, and more.
Can’t make a date work? You can easily swap weeks with other renter families or list them on Airbnb or VRBO—with our guidance.
We also love adding personal touches—share your birthdays and anniversaries, and we’ll do our best to make your long weekends even more memorable
